Annual Return Of LLP

Every LLP is required to file ‘Annual Return’ in prescribed LLP Form i.e Form 11 which contains details of the designated partners and partners of the LLP.

The ‘Annual Return’ is required to be filed within 60 days of the close of the financial year. The due date for filing Form 11 is May 30, 2020.
